Led by Dr Tommy, a former AFCD Senior Veterinary Officer, our veterinary-grade team follows through to protect every pet's relocation journey with professionalism and love.
OUR STORY
Our Story
Canlife Pets Moving Ltd. was founded by Dr Tommy, a former AFCD Senior Veterinary Officer. During his time at the AFCD, he accumulated 14 years of veterinary and 6 years of animal import/export control experience, personally handling a large number of animal import/export cases.
Years on the front line let Dr Tommy witness many families who, faced with complicated procedures and confusing information, had to part with their beloved pets — or even abandon them. He took in many pets abandoned by emigrating owners and was deeply moved, so he founded Canlife with a determination to help pets relocate abroad professionally and reduce abandonment.
“Canlife” combines the canine scientific term “Canine” with “life”, inspired by Dr Tommy's own dog DonDon. We know pets are beloved family, so even when moving away, we want every fur kid to start a new life together with their owner.
